Thanks for coming! It's all over now!

A big THANKYOU  to all of our regular patrons and the new collectors that made their way to our Fall Sale.

We will be out there, gathering again for another fabulous sale in the spring, the end of May or beginning of June. Watch this site, and make sure you get on our email list for a notice of the sale by emailing theredbarn@shaw.ca and requesting to be added to our email list.

The last day of the sale we were still adding items and shoppers were loading up their purchases and going home happy.

Another day gone by! There's still time to come out to the sale. Open tomorrow, Friday, 11:00 til 5:00, Saturday 11:00 til 5:00, then that's it til the Fall! 

You can see we are still moving items into the barn, a gorgeous Eastlake chair was making its way over this morning, and make sure you look at the beautiful matching set of antique headboard, footboard sets upstairs in the barn. That's not all, more furniture and smalls have been added and we still will be adding to the sale.

A beautiful sunny fall day for our first day!

 Balmy weather, lots of sunshine, absolutely perfect!

The pictures below were taken before the sale started, so many of the items have been sold but of course not all! We will be busy filling in the empty spaces tomorrow and the weather forecast is terrific, so make sure you get out for the sale, which ends Saturday.

We're getting there, almost ready for the doors to open tomorrow afternoon at 3:00. If you don't make it for the opening, don't worry, we'll be putting more out all week, filling in the empty spots. You never know what you will find on the days following the opening day! Come out more than once for sure!

Yes, there's lots of work to do! Today we unloaded lots and lots of boxes and got a good start. Our previous slide show host is not available as I just found out when going to upload the pictures, so we are now hosted by Flickr.....we'll try them out.

Below is the slide show of a few areas where I could take pictures of "the beginning".

Don't forget there's the loft of the barn, the Red Shed, and the Garden Shed too! We'll be loading them all up. Lots of really great items.

FALL SALE DATES

Here we go, we've scheduled the Fall Sale. Our Monday late day opening was a huge success in the spring so we have decided to do it again!! We won't be open for the whole evening due to the short daylight hours in the fall, but we are again giving the working people a chance to shop early, although as you know we keep on restocking with lots of new furniture and smalls throughout the sale!

Monday September 26th from 3:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday to Saturday September 27th - October 1st Hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Thankyou all! The sale was one of our best ever! We saw lots of old friends and made some new ones!

LAST CHANCE SATURDAY!

ONE MORE DAY!! COME OUT FOR A RIDE IN THE COUNTRY! WE ARE STILL ADDING MORE TO THE SALE. YOU MAY JUST FIND THAT SPECIAL TREASURE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN ADDED LATE IN THE SALE!

 While at the barn today I took more pictures, so have a look! We've moved out alot, but we've also put in lots of new items  throughout the week.

We're still adding more!!

We are enjoying a fabulous turnout for this sale and have been very busy filling in the empty spots.

Some furniture items are being sold before we can get them into the barn and placed!

We are still bringing in boxes of smalls as well.... we still have a great array of items and you may find just what you are looking for that was not in the barn previously this week! 

I was not at the barn yesterday, and am not there today, so I missed taking pictures to post.

Inbetween moving furniture in and out, John found a moment to take a few, so I will post them and I'll take plenty of pictures tomorrow and get them up here before our last day which is Saturday!

.....sometimes the best things are coming in last, so make sure you get out to the sale.

Our next sale will be in the fall.

We've been busy adding MORE!!

We were busy beavers this morning before opening at 11:00. Empty spots from furniture sold last night were being filled up and boxes and boxes of smalls were added to the sale, filling in empty spaces in cupboards and on shelves.
While the sales were great last night, at our first time opening evening, we keep to our word and have lots more to add. We will be adding all week, so make sure you come back if you've been already, and if you haven't made it to the sale yet, you won't be disappointed, there's lots more to come in yet to the sale.

OUR OPENING EVENING! A HUGE SUCCESS!

Wow! Our 5:00 to 9:00 opening was a HUGE success! The weather co-operated and we were kept very busy! 
The pictures below were taken just before we opened. As you know, we are continually bringing in new stock from our various treasure troves, so don't worry, we still have plenty of  great items to put out each day! Right up to the end of the sale!

SALE STARTS MONDAY 5:00 P.M.!

It's almost here! We'll be opening the doors at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 6th!

You won't have to book off work to get to the opening of the sale!! The long spring daylight hours make this possible  so drop in on your way home from work! 

We are constantly restocking throughout the sale so don't worry if you don't get there for the opening evening!

We're still filling the barn, garden shed and the red shed, and have lots of work to do over the next couple of days. 

Pictures will be posted at some point over the weekend.

We know you're as anxious as this family of geese that wanted a sneak preview! They quickly scurried away from the barn entrance when they heard our voices from the inside!

SPRING SALE 2011

We're back again for our Spring Sale at the Red Barn!


Due to the flood forecasting this year, we decided to have our sale in early June and it's now just around the corner!


Of course we will have our usual amazing assortment of items that we've been gathering since last fall's sale, so please take note of the dates and hours, as they are somewhat changed from previous sales.


The sale is starting on Monday June 6th at 5:00 p.m til 9:00 p.m. , then daily from Tuesday through Saturday (11th) with hours being 11:00 to 6:00. Saturday will be the last day of the sale, we will not be opening on the Sunday as we have been in the past.


Some pictures will be added once we start getting set up for the sale so don't forget to check back.
